ASTA 2021 Hands-on Activities
Hands-on activity lessons face-to-face or virtually implementing science and engineering practices through the standards. The focus is on how to develop learning activities in daily lessons while effectively monitoring student progress using formative assessment. Activities address topics in biology, chemistry, geology, and physics.
UA LIST fellows and scholars develop, plan, and demonstrate teacher tested online tools for remote instruction to support science learning in virtual science classrooms and laboratories. Activities and virtual tools range from ACOS concepts in biology, chemistry, geology, and physics.
